2008/2009 - Under 11s Match Reports

Our final game of the season and our farewell to Graveley FC.

A beautiful day deserved a better first half. The ball was out of play longer than it was in play with both teams struggling to get the ball under control. However, we managed to create some chances and James and Jordan converted two of them into goals.

The second half was a different story with a total of 12 goals being scored. James had a spell in goal, we had nobody in defence, and the midfield and attack generally all played in attack! Seb got 2, Jamie and Jordan completed their hatricks, and Matt, Joe, Grace and Jon got one each. Joe was particularly unlucky not to score with a bullet header.

Man of the match today was Jordan who held the ball up well and finished well.
